Prenatal massage is a moment of deep relaxation, easing tension and calming the mind. Using safe and adapted techniques, I help relieve the discomforts of pregnancy while promoting a gentle and harmonious connection with your future child.

My approach
As a massage therapist since 2000, and in Quebec since 2009, I initially pursued general training in aesthetics before shifting to massage therapy.
This field quickly became a complement to my need for listening and sharing. I have since undergone numerous diverse training programs to offer you a range of techniques and massages tailored to your needs.

Maderotherapy is a massage technique that uses specially designed wooden tools to stimulate the tissues, support circulation, and help release tension. Through rhythmic and targeted movements, it may help improve the appearance of the skin, support lymphatic drainage, and create a feeling of lightness and relaxation.
This technique is often used as part of body care treatments, especially for areas such as the legs, thighs, glutes, abdomen, or arms. Each session is adapted to the client’s comfort, needs, and sensitivity.
